I love how Ford has invested in so many colour and style variations for their Bronco, their outdoorsy SUV with Jeep-like characteristics. This week I had the woodland green and brown of the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Sasquatch to get me around. I thought the theme and name fun, especially with the branded Sasquatch sticker stuck on to the side of the SUV to signify its status.
The colour scheme and theme transitioned well from the forest green of the exterior to the bark brown of the interior. Specifically the dual coloured seats with mixed fabric and leathers. With soft caramels and sandy tones, it looked like a sturdy study chair, branded with the horse logo.

The same warm brown was found on the highlights of the door and across the dash. However, everything felt a little less expensive with the many plastic elements. Although it still had many modern conveniences the likes of electric seat adjustment, wireless charging pad, and the ability to shortcut controls with toggles positioned above the rear view mirror.
The Bronco Sasquatch has a smaller cabin for a more compact drive. The build is more narrow than most Ford SUVs. It fits four comfortably with a decent amount of trunk space.

It was in this Bronco that I felt the true meaning of its name. The vehicle definitely has a kick and you imagine this sort of speed and trajectory from a bucking horse. Regardless of the surface of the road, it constantly felt like I was off-roading with the power of sport, regardless of the set terrain or drive mode. Every bump had me rocking back-and-forth. It felt like the 2025 Ford Bronco was designed to be an intentionally rugged ride. This was fun for the first few drives, but it did wore on as a daily driver.

The gearshift and the drive/terrain mode were both dials to be turned, both matched the two dial visuals on the dash. Each mode was a different colour for easy differentiation. I kept it on Eco green for gas saving, and retained just under half a tank by the week’s end. This was even despite a longer 2 hour drive to Langley and back. I appreciated how the Bronco asks if you want to restore the previous drive mode, and gives you a few seconds to confirm if that is the case on the wheel. However, for my needs it would have been nice if it just stayed Eco to help conserve gas all the time.
