With the world once again finding reasons to celebrate, I am happy to get to be apart of such amazing experiences like the La Grande Festa. This is the Italian Chamber of Commerce 30th anniversary Gala Dinner. A semi-formal affair where guests gather at the Coast Coal Harbour Vancouver Hotel for a night of banquet style eating and drinking, while celebrating the success of Italian presence in Canada. The Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada–West (ICCC) has been operating since 1992 as a private, non-profit, membership organization. It is proud to promote and enhance business, trade and investment exchanges between Italy and Western Canada. While educating the Canadian consumers about fine authentic Italian agri-food products.
This is a celebratory event that has culinary excellence at the forefront. Tickets holders are expected to enjoy a night of entertainment including door prizes and silent actions featuring made in Italy products, gift certificates for local Italian restaurants, food and wine baskets, and design items; with a top prize donated by Air Canada.
All this is along side an open bar reception, a 5 course Italian dinner inspired by the flavours of Italy; paired with premium Italian wine and appetizers featuring authentic Italian food products. None of the specifics are up yet, but if it is like anything I have tasted from their previous events and seminars, it should be of the top quality.
